Core strengthening, gradual building of cardio, strength and general physical activity to lose those initial baby pounds and get back into pre-pregnancy shape.
With the right support, exercise design and nutrition, you will back in shape better than before in no time. All delivered with the post natal program from Aspire.

Working with a dedicated personal trainer 2 or 3 times per week for 16 weeks.

Group Program

Join other new mothers and join our 8 week group post natal program to “Bounce Back into Shape”
